      My manager is very responsive to me and handles all problems that arise (that are in his power) while I am working on-site elsewhere.

      Cons

      The benefits are okay but I feel like I am paying a much larger amount for what I am getting as compared to my previous employer.

      Some benefits aren't bad, like medical and dental

      Cons

      The company only provides 10 hours of PTO per month. The pay period varies from 80, 88, to 96 hours. There is no compensation for a 45-minute to 60-minute commute. There is too much work for little pay. The pay is $83K; however, based on the workload, the pay should start at $105K-$110K.
