Pros

Very family oriented, open door policy, great management, especially Faye Wells, great celebrations, good salary, awesome benefits, good communication, awesome place overall!!! If Cape Fox would move to Florida I would be with them forever!! I love Cape Fox forever!

Pros

If you love Foreign Military Sales and need an Entry Point. Program Manager and Company do try to do the best they can and offer solid benefits.

Cons

Biggest issue is the disconnect with the USG and it is a trend I have begun to notice with many companies that are really body shops looking for a body to fill a slot. Leaders do the best they can but the vetting process can be challenging with the need to fill positions.
