Business Outlook
Pros
The offer great pay and benefits. You get regular federal holiday's off but only with 8 hours paid. They also offer sick leave and vacation leave.
Cons
Even thought they pay for 8 hours on holidays if you regularly work 10 hour days you will have to use leave for the rest. They also will force you to use the leave you were given if the federal employees get a random day off. Because you are contracted for the federal government you often have multiple bosses to report to. This can become very messy very fast as far as getting a straight answer on anything.
