Cape Fox Corporation has been around for almost fifty years. It has a long tradition of caring for its employees, and that includes our upper management. While the company has been expanding, especially within its information technology offerings, most of our employees understand and appreciate the depth of work to make the company successful. As a consequence of the pandemic, many of our employees work remotely, which poses more information technology hurdles. Cape Fox Shared Services IT department, though, has adapted and expanded its approach. Not everyone has the same attitudes or experiences daily, but Cape Fox certainly does encourage our employees to share ideas. We also work hard so our staff and our customers are happy to the best of our abilities. We also understand there are several management styles, and we do encourage employees to come forward if they feel their work or situation is not ideal. We have an excellent HR department that is readily available to everyone if you do not wish to speak directly with your manager. Our employees are thriving, united, and working hard to make the company successful. Our businesses continue to grow quickly and profitably and employees are thriving and sharing in the success of the company.
