      Good work life balance. Flexible work time. Good environment to work.

      Cons

      No hikes or salary increment. Favouritism towards some . Depends on the manager though. But no hikes or promotion policy. May seem like your work effects the hike but it does not.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
