Avoid Capgemini - Manager Capgemini Employee Review

I was in the Digital Transformation unit (FSBU)...total body shop...doesn't matter what intelligence u have to offer, senior mgmt is solely concerned w/billable hrs and bonuses...internal emails entitled "URGENT" (u know what I mean)...some abusive behavior towards jr ppl...some ethically questionable sales practices...no career advancement unless u r in on it...if u r based in India and want to get to the U.S. this might be place for u otherwise avoid in favor of a real consulting company....
