      Pros

      Not many I can think of. The experience seems very dependent on location and service line. The three week on-boarding experience was nice though.

      Cons

      - Felt like I was a number, not a person - Mid level management was highly unprofessional - Don't expect them to keep their word to you, it will always be about their benefit first

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k

      Hazy career path Little to no recognition Nonexistent salary hikes
