Pros
- Good Work Culture - Excellent facilities - Work life balance - Bunch of extra curricular activities - Standard In-house training's and Mid year and Annual performance review.
Cons
- Not an employee career oriented company - Good at initial stages of career. - Lack of aggression and man management - Supervisor who does your review wont know your name unless the mid review and annual review :) - Resource Management team can afford senior guys on bench for more than 7-8 months.
