      For experience IT professional salary is very good. Learning

      Cons

      Capgemini is a billion $ company yet at some big client place it is at third layer. Very often account manager, EM,director is unaware of what is happening at their assigned client site. Your title at Capgemini will be project manager and the moment your project is over, they may send you for a developers position.
