Pros
Multinational environment (depending on the project). Work can be challanging, but rewarding and fullfilling (depending on the project). Promotions do happen but mostly in management positions and only if you are really dedicated to corporation.
Cons
No trainings. Forget their promises immediately. Lack of technical development and promotions. Very heavy stuff rotation because of low salaries. Poor management. Badly constructed contracts resulting in insane expectations.
