well I felt some partiality at the time of job appraisal, I mean the good performer in job will get a low rate & low performer getting high rate of appraisal. Appraisal totally about the relation we kept with our managers or seniors not according to somebodies job related performance. this is the reason employee turn over is showing very high...!!!
