      Pros

      Great people in certain areas create networks which are invaluable Lots of learning opportunities, team building, and decent work life balance

      Cons

      2005-2007 were great years for me at least, then the changes came too fast, client intimacy was lost, teams were broken up-- Too many divergent groups spilling into the firm which werent well integrated created confusion

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k

      Hazy career path Little to no recognition Nonexistent salary hikes
