      Pros

      The salary started out good and the benefits were decently priced

      Cons

      Everything. The Manager fostered the bully culture. He did nothing to deter discrimination, bullying or training. This company provided absolutely no training, allowed bullying to persist on a regular basis and did absolutely nothing to prevent it. The Manager was a joke.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k

      Hazy career path Little to no recognition Nonexistent salary hikes
