      Cons

      Mafia circle of old boys network with many unqualified resources in key positions just because of tenure and network. Absolutely no skills.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
