Business Outlook
Pros
Wonderful leadership, clients, and pace of work. Everyone you work with will be helpful, and ready to share information and guide you through the workflow, and understanding the client/project you will be assigned to.
Cons
The only con I can really think of is the pay. If you work for a client where cost of living is not as high as where you live, it can be an issue. The salaries for the jobs I have had are lacking in terms of effort of work as well as level of experience. If you move into another role, you likely will not get a salary increase until the following year, if you're lucky. The average pay can be 20-30% lower than the national average.
