      Pros

      People are great. Cohort consisted of 50-100 people my age (22-25). Office is beautiful and in a nice location on West End Ave.

      Cons

      Little to no presence of management in the Nashville office. Not many projects are in the pipeline due to the economy. Layoffs are unexpected and happening now.
