Pros
• It was the former Ernst & Young Consulting firm • I worked for Lanny Cohen at E&Y and he is a gentleman and savvy business professional
Cons
• Not only does Capgemini do outsourcing but its internal people are being outsourced to the India locations as great onshore employees are RIF'd to save money. • Constant reorganization of teams both regional and global • Not a well known entity in the Americas • Lots of red tape internally and too many levels of management • Internal processes don't exist or don't work well
