Good exposure to new technologies Mandatory training's on advance technology Well defined job level,for e.g. any one who is tech lead actually deserves it, because the levels he crosses to achieve it makes him/her a thorough technically expert.
Cons
Hard work pays, but is often delayed or need to be self initiated.
