Pros
As you know Capgemini is a Service based organization in which everything entirely depends on the project you are working on. - Work culture is great. - Office premises are great. - Seniors and Managers are helpful (entirely depends on project you are working on) - Lots of learning if you land into a good project.
Cons
- No work life balance (depends on project). - Less Hike and Appraisal if you stay for longer period of time. If you are joined as a fresher there are slight chances you will not get work in the technology/domain you want. - If you stay on bench for longer period of time (around 3 months or more) high chances of layoff.
