Pros
-Good benefits; -The salary is within the market average; - Hybrid work
Cons
- Before I entered the company I imagined that being a multinational and billionaire company, the departments were big, and there would not be a very high workload. Well.. I can tell you that in this area, there are departments composed by only 1 person, and when that person gets sick or takes vacation, a lot of processes stop, including ones involving the salary, and the employees get very unhappy about it. -The workload can be big, but no one pays you for extra hours, even if you do them because they are necessary so the employees don´t get affected. - There is not much recognition, if you work more than most, you can receive a "thank you" and "good job" but don´t expect monetary compensation for extra effort since they are very rare. -There is poor communication between departments, it is common for us to say that a certain department is at war with another department. With this, I mean that the employees of the company are not taught to help each other, is every department for itself, and commonly when something goes wrong one department tries to drag the fault to another one.
