Poor managers many of which can't speak English properly who rely on dirty politics to keep their position relevant the organization. Capgemini Gurgaon location has the worst management the HR have no powers to speak against the managers. If you fall into a conflict with your manager HR will not speak a word against him even if you are right. Low increments.
