I recently had a negative experience with CG, Gurgaon due to the poor behavior of senior management. Employees faced harassment, creating a toxic work environment. Furthermore, there were instances of unjust terminations aimed at cutting benefits, leaving many feeling insecure and undervalued. This lack of support and respect from leadership ultimately undermines morale and productivity. I cannot recommend working here under the current management.
