Pros

Employee Benefits (health), close to heart of Wilmington.

Cons

Lack of professional demeanor; lack of knowledgeable staff; rude and short sales persons; unethical sales strategies; incredibly long hours with no pay to show it (commissioned staff); focus on customer surveys versus training the staff so that the customers can have a pleasant experience and leave happy; serious lack of management; "the good-ole-boys" club attitude; random meetings through the day which pull you away from your customers; too frequent vendor "surprise" visits where said vendors do not RESPECT that you have a job to do and customers waiting; seriously inexperienced shop staff; incredibly high turnover rate; lack of cooperation with sister properties (CAPITAL FORD AUTO SPA); No SERIOUS SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR STAFF; severely understaffed Service Writers; SEVERELY UNTRAINED SERVICE WRITERS; Service Writers are not honest and cannot manage to follow up with customers; NISSAN NORTH AMERICA systems are severely out of date and are inadequate for the current workforce.

They give free lunch on Saturday

Cons

Just about everything. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Most managers have favorites and its beyond obvious. Forget about work life balance. I would never recommend working here.
