They are in the midst of some reorganization and trying to align their structure with their strategy to be more customer centric. This will continue for the next year.

Cons

They aren't putting the necessary resources into customer service. Their technology is lacking and they don't have enough resources addressing customer's questions and their customer service staff is stretched.
