Pros
Excellent place to work. Good caf with healthy options. Most companies take advantage of contractors, but CBC seems to value them and utilize their expertise and many get hired on full time if there are openings. Management and staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons
Much of the staff is about to retire (not a bad thing) but, transfer of knowledge from those folks may be being ignored by some management. This should be taken into consideration to ensure a smooth transition.
