Pros
Strong commitment to success via team building and comrodery between each area of the company. Sr. team approachable and open for suggestions. Continued movement towards modernizing and updating of social media and computer system updates.
Cons
Not really a con but they look to reorganize Sales team by shifting sales reps into new markets. This does give all of sales the opportunity to train and experience different group sizes and in some instances change from sales to retention.
