Cons
System problem logs are ongoing. Too much time is spent making sure the system does not trip your speed in production. Other departments are put on the same basis of work standard time even if the jobs are completely opposite. The departments are not individual with set time work standards. Everything is considered across the board even if job duties are difficult as others are easier. No differentiation. Management is set on bonuses based on the hard work of others.
