Pros
Stability, traditional, old fashion work environment, best for people with a laid back attitude, a family and care to have a family life. Capital Group's IT systems follow the methodologies we learned from school and books. It is nice to see those theories come alive and working for big financial corporations.
Cons
Narrow-minded corporate structure, not much creativity and innovation allowed. People who work there are more followers and less leaders.
