Pros
Strong culture of sharing and independence given to all associates and a lot of flexibility in time. People are willing to help out and this is a place where your work mates are like your family. There are strong people with the skills very proud of doing their jobs at Capital Grp and stay there their whole lives.
Cons
Bad management. Inability to make decisions. Too often, culture and history means keeping the status quo which dominate, rather than biting the bullet to make necessary changes. Too many people hired as well with narrow job scopes. Just as there are good people, there are also those who have grown lazy and complacent over time.
