Capital Group pros and cons - Anonymous employee Capital Group Employee Review

Very limited visibility to financial information since CG is a private company. In the absence of outside scrutiny, there were many inefficiencies. Network of long-time employees was often in a group-think mindset, which seemed to limit the company from being even better than it was. The investment professionals were great and the best in their field. However, employees in other departments were no better or worse than their peers at other companies.
