Pros
Excellent working conditions, great people, top pay and benefits. What I liked best about Capital Group was its esprit de corps and the desire to always be at the forefront of technology. Compared to my previous employers in this industry, Capital invested real money in being tech savy.
Cons
Vision framed by a rear view mirror. Sales and Marketing folks relive a glorious past (pick a decade...) with stories that loyal followers love to hear. Ergo, slow to change, evolve or innovate with respect to investment mandates or vehicles. Capital may be the victim of its own long term success and sees no need to offer new services the market demands and obtains from other firms.
