Pros

The staff is an amazing group of people to work with. The diverse backgrounds and skill sets everyone brings creates an amazing experience for staff & patients. The relationships made with staff are the best part of the experience. The campus is beautiful as well, fairly new building from 2012. We are starting to add a clinical ladder program. $1.50/hr more if you obtain a Certification in you specialty!!!

Cons

Increased patient census and acuity of patients, with an often decreased staff makes for a really challenging day. Also, jobs keep being added to the nurses list of chores, without enough ancillary support. The salary is not as competitive as most other hospitals nearby, however, they are working on catching us up.

Pros

Benefits, some team members, classes, PTO, and understanding family needs.

Cons

No growth, it's not what you know, it's who, favoritism, lots of promises, upper management is the mean girls club, will hire family and friends before long-term workers. Promise raises and advancement, then it's not given; get blackballed into a department. They'd rather lose valuable employees than uplift. Work in a toxic environment with minimal just have to wait out the trash.
