Pros

Like working the hours that I have.

Cons

It is very hard to get PTO time approved. You constantly have to chase management for an answer on whether or not you can have off. Constantly getting moved from location to location because the department is short staffed. No disciplinary action for employees who are constantly rude and disrespectful to other co-workers. The department has no boundaries once an employee clocks out. They are constantly receiving phone calls from the department for various things. Employees with the same job title don't have the same responsibilities. For example all employees with the title lead patient access representative should have to be on call. You should not be given the title because you threatened to quit and management gave you the title for more money so that you would stay.

Pros

Benefits, some team members, classes, PTO, and understanding family needs.

Cons

No growth, it's not what you know, it's who, favoritism, lots of promises, upper management is the mean girls club, will hire family and friends before long-term workers. Promise raises and advancement, then it's not given; get blackballed into a department. They'd rather lose valuable employees than uplift. Work in a toxic environment with minimal just have to wait out the trash.
