Pros
Associates Benefits (traditional + the extras), and Pay is competitive.
Cons
1) If you are in Marketing, the function is spread out across the organization and is a tactical function, not a traditional strategic arm of the organization. The decisions are made by LOB business analysts for marketing efforts. If you are use to a CMO structure, this is not the place for you. 2) The performance management process, 2x per year, is brutal. There is a forced 8-10% cull of teams and associates at the same level are pitted against each other for their ratings. In addition to the amount of laborious paperwork and process to execute review is ridiculous. I've seen more efficient and effective performance management processes at other large companies. 3) The company is more focused on how well you collaborate and work with others (how well you are liked) vs. results driven. Work is not thought through with execution delivery being a solid solution due to this tilt in the "How" verses the "What".
