Pros

Met some great people! The CODA and TDP program provide a lot of resources for junior associates. Good spot to learn and get your feet under you post-college. Some of the projects are quite interesting! I love the way my team works with the product team. There's a lot of opportunity for internal mobility so you can try something new and switch things up. It's a big company but it's surprising how often you end up working with the same people across different teams.

Cons

Get ready for stack ranking and quiet layoffs. If you get hired remotely, you will likely lose the remote exception if you switch teams. The company loves to mimic Amazon including in culture. A lot of people get stressed by how intense the performance reviews are which then bleeds into the atmosphere and culture. I've also seen a lot of people get quite sad and feel stagnated intellectually and professionally. The culture seems to have gotten a lot more aggressive and stressful since I first joined. If you apply to a different role internally, your manager is notified.

Pros

Cafeteria, coffee machines, and free food

Cons

no career In my experience, the work was not very meaningful and often felt buried under unnecessary red tape. A lot of things sounded exciting from the outside, but in practice many projects felt surface-level and did not seem to become real production work. Feedback and expectations could also feel vague and shifting, with words like “visibility” and “influence” used without clear guidance. I also felt that career growth and opportunity were not handled evenly, and once concerns were raised, the situation became more stressful rather than more constructive. Hiring and promotion patterns did not always feel transparent, which made the environment feel less fair over time. Overall, I left feeling disappointed by how much the company talks about values compared with how unsupported an employee can feel in practice.
