Cons
Small year-end bonus. Growth is too rapid. Not enough staff support structure at Headquarters. Owners mostly hire (unqualified) male individuals within their own religious community for corporate positions. Extremely religious and all upper management is completely unavailable during their holidays. Use unconventional vetting techniques for hiring. Poor top-down communication. Reactionary mindset; not preventative. No HR department. Little/no employee recognition. No COVID policies. No feedback loop or end-of year reviews.
