Pros

Great product idea, price is very reasonable on product.

Cons

Everything. From management to work life balance. The environment created here is one of High toxicity. You will be Disallowed decent breaks on Long shifts, expected to work long hours every weekend. A lot of events are poorly planned out, things will be missing, you won’t know where you’re supposed to set up, you’re not allowed to eat at work in some places. There have also been times where the places worked, became dangerous but management did not allow to leave. In the end, they only care about money made for the company. If you aren’t making them money, you’re tested accordingly. I highly suggest staying clear of this place.

Pros

I have had the privilege of working for Capital Vacations for 13 years, and it has truly been a rewarding and fulfilling career experience. One of the things I value most is the stability and long-term opportunity the company provides. Thirteen years with one organization speaks to the supportive culture and leadership that encourages growth and longevity. Capital Vacations offers a strong benefits package, including health and dental insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, and generous PTO. These benefits make a real difference and demonstrate that the company cares about its employees’ well-being and future. The support staff is exceptional. From corporate leadership to on-site teams, there is always someone willing to step in, collaborate, and help solve challenges. The environment is team-oriented, professional, and focused on doing what’s best for both owners and employees. Capital Vacations provides opportunities to grow, take on new responsibilities, and make a meaningful impact. I am proud to be part of an organization that values hard work, accountability, and teamwork while also recognizing and supporting its employees. It has been a great place to build a long-term career, and I look forward to continued success with the company.

Cons

As a growing and evolving company, processes, systems, and strategic priorities can shift frequently. While this forward momentum is ultimately positive and keeps the organization competitive, it does require flexibility and the ability to quickly adjust. For employees who prefer a very steady, unchanging environment, the pace of change can occasionally feel challenging. However, for those who are adaptable and open to growth, it can also be a valuable opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
