Pros

Coworkers are great, hours are nice. Wages are decent and they have somewhat knowledgeable IT staff and current technology. They like to spend money!

Cons

Lackluster benefits package. Company struggles to pay their bills and are constantly scrambling for funding. Company is dishonest uses false tactics. Has changed their name from Grand Crowne Resorts to Capital Resorts and relocated to St. Petersburg, FL with terrible COO A. Hodges likely due to bad name and how broke they were under old name. Employees are just s number to them. Only people that matter are the executives and their pockets. For complete outlook on this company checkout reviews on Grand Crowne Resorts from Branson, MO and look them up at ripoff report .com. 90% of their reviews on google are paid reviews from internal employees and executives. It's a timeshare company .... They lie.

Pros

I have had the privilege of working for Capital Vacations for 13 years, and it has truly been a rewarding and fulfilling career experience. One of the things I value most is the stability and long-term opportunity the company provides. Thirteen years with one organization speaks to the supportive culture and leadership that encourages growth and longevity. Capital Vacations offers a strong benefits package, including health and dental insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, and generous PTO. These benefits make a real difference and demonstrate that the company cares about its employees’ well-being and future. The support staff is exceptional. From corporate leadership to on-site teams, there is always someone willing to step in, collaborate, and help solve challenges. The environment is team-oriented, professional, and focused on doing what’s best for both owners and employees. Capital Vacations provides opportunities to grow, take on new responsibilities, and make a meaningful impact. I am proud to be part of an organization that values hard work, accountability, and teamwork while also recognizing and supporting its employees. It has been a great place to build a long-term career, and I look forward to continued success with the company.

Cons

As a growing and evolving company, processes, systems, and strategic priorities can shift frequently. While this forward momentum is ultimately positive and keeps the organization competitive, it does require flexibility and the ability to quickly adjust. For employees who prefer a very steady, unchanging environment, the pace of change can occasionally feel challenging. However, for those who are adaptable and open to growth, it can also be a valuable opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
