      Good benefits, nice coworkers, people who live there are very nice. Employee appreciation check in December, nice events.

      It's always open, so you can't shut down.

      Pros

      Great team, more advanced skills than any other LTC I’ve worked at. Management is supportive and flexible with schedule. Management has an open door policy and asks us about change and involves us.lots of education

      Wish they had we hour shifts no weekend differential

      Staff and residents are friendly. Staffing can be tight sometimes but management is there to help. Supportive environment and good culture

      Building is older than others to work in but let up
