-great management, they are kind and understanding -pay is fairly decent for a part time serving gig -great food -workplace culture is supportive, team oriented
Cons
-because this is a retirement home, there is work to be had 365 days of the year. While scheduling aims (and is often successful) at being flexible for the employee, you should expect to work some holidays here and there
