Great team, more advanced skills than any other LTC I’ve worked at. Management is supportive and flexible with schedule. Management has an open door policy and asks us about change and involves us.lots of education

Staff and residents are friendly. Staffing can be tight sometimes but management is there to help. Supportive environment and good culture
