      Pros

      Great residents who really support you and try to keep you motivated.

      Cons

      The upper management does not communicate with you. Puts you on discipline with things that you had no clue about because of the lack of communication. They also have staff treat department leads very crappy. They only hold certain employees accountable for bad attendance.

      Pros

      Great team, more advanced skills than any other LTC I’ve worked at. Management is supportive and flexible with schedule. Management has an open door policy and asks us about change and involves us.lots of education

      Wish they had we hour shifts no weekend differential

      Staff and residents are friendly. Staffing can be tight sometimes but management is there to help. Supportive environment and good culture

      Building is older than others to work in but let up
