      Family like environment, excellent benefits, decent pay.

      Cons

      Nothing really except frequent understaffing, periods of over work. Personally, super redundant work. I will say in the kitchen there is absolutely no room for advancement.

      Great team, more advanced skills than any other LTC I’ve worked at. Management is supportive and flexible with schedule. Management has an open door policy and asks us about change and involves us.lots of education

      Wish they had we hour shifts no weekend differential

      Staff and residents are friendly. Staffing can be tight sometimes but management is there to help. Supportive environment and good culture

      Building is older than others to work in but let up
