- There is too much of a focus on moving forward to the Next New Thing and not enough on keeping the lights on. While that Next New Thing might be important, it's just as important to care about current problems that some teams have to deal with. - This leads to a lot of turnover. In the last few weeks, we've had more than 5 employees leave. I've been here for a while, and we see new faces come and go often. - Benefits are not very good... Employee reviews are associated with your email, so the annual survey they do is not an accurate reflection.
