Nice people in the Tech dept.

Cons

A core of the code is a mess. There is no plan or attempt to change or migrate that mess that is there Java code, javascript and DB schema into something maintainable. They just want some hands to keep the sinking ship of bad code afloat till they can have some overseas consultant redo it.

Over the course of these last 6 months, we have made concerted efforts at resolving technical debts across our technology stack, including Java, .NET, JavaScript, and database while continuing to build new features that benefit our users. This is a pattern that we will continue to follow as the company expands.

Friendly environment. Management that truly cares.

Cons

Cappex became an unintended victim of Covid. Cappex was extremely successful and ripe for the picking which led to a corporate acquisition. RIP, Cappex :(
