Pros
The management team is open to ideas to improve the product, and that's about it.
Cons
The direct manager makes all of his employees feel horrible about their performance and doesn't work on developing their skill. Rather he points out your areas of "opportunity" to work on and puts you on a perform review to scare you. Additionally, the product isn't to par in the market and has a long ways to go before they are competitive with other competitors. The management team will schedule you to come in for meetings before work and stay for trainings after your work day. There is no training for the position, at all. They just throw you to the wolves, then threaten you with performance reviews a couple months later. Overall, I would not recommend this position to anyone until the product is up to par for the market. Internally, the environment isn't that fun. People don't speak to each other because everyone is stressed due to lack of sales.
