Ample opportunity for learning if you are keen (in Knowledge Capture team). Work-life balance (in Knowledge Capture team). They frustrate you so much that you work hard to exit and get a much better job.

Cons

No reward for good work. If you are self motivated and eager to make an impact, you constantly need to fight a battle. The ecosystem discourages you in several ways.

Excellent opportunity with executive support for success. Ability to contribute to immediate change. Great culture that encourages thinking and group participation. Willing to try new ideas and processes to bring success to the company. State of the art offices, 100% health care coverage. Great people!

Cons

Rapid growth requires an adaptive attitude that presents challenges to some people who are not comfortable with change, while on their feet or are not open to trying things another way, out of their comfort zone. This is not a place to work if you are not a hard working professional.
