there's no use of showing your productivity as it never counts in your career growth.. team is filled with political minds who just believe in hiding their failure behind fake faces.. Operations policies are different just like whole Capsilon team got 30 days of notice period whereas operations team got 90 days notice period with no buy back options... so kindly check profile before joining...

Excellent opportunity with executive support for success. Ability to contribute to immediate change. Great culture that encourages thinking and group participation. Willing to try new ideas and processes to bring success to the company. State of the art offices, 100% health care coverage. Great people!

Cons

Rapid growth requires an adaptive attitude that presents challenges to some people who are not comfortable with change, while on their feet or are not open to trying things another way, out of their comfort zone. This is not a place to work if you are not a hard working professional.
