Management . you will get appraisal in 1.5 or 2 years. work pressure is high (when there is nothing to do ). performance evaluated on your abilities. (who stays late , show respect for Capsilon management , has talkative nature .. will get better )

Excellent opportunity with executive support for success. Ability to contribute to immediate change. Great culture that encourages thinking and group participation. Willing to try new ideas and processes to bring success to the company. State of the art offices, 100% health care coverage. Great people!

Cons

Rapid growth requires an adaptive attitude that presents challenges to some people who are not comfortable with change, while on their feet or are not open to trying things another way, out of their comfort zone. This is not a place to work if you are not a hard working professional.
