At this location the management is corrupt ! on the shift i worked the two leads would pick and choose all the small good paying trucks, leaving all the low paying and larger trucks for everyone else to work! DARE SAY SOMETHING TO MANAGEMENT OR SUPERVISOR ! They just deny it and you will be ousted and be made out to be "a problem" Whatever the leads say to management ,no matter if its the truth or not, is what they stick with! You rarely see management or supervisors on the dock unless there is a "problem" to deal with! there is no team effort at this site....more like a tag team! MAYBE THE TWO LEADS ARE paying off management or something ! KARMA comes eventually ! Just if you decide to work here dont work on this dock for these two leads! THEY MAKE THEIR OWN RULES!!!!
